If you are returning products for warranty: - (Please read carefully before ordering)

No returns will be accepted without A prior e-mail stating the specific problem.
Only manufacturers' defects are covered under warranty. This does not include intentional damage, or general wear and tear (such as scratches, dents, etc.).

· If any watches have been tampered with, the warranty is immediately void. Do NOT open the backs of the watches because most (if not all) people don't close them properly and water always ends up getting in. This is a standard exclusion even on genuine watches.

· If manufacturers' defects appears on the product within 30 days from arrival of the watch at your shipping destination, we will replace it with a new one.


· If your product cannot be repaired, we will send you a replacement of the exact same model! . In virtually all cases of manufactur defects, the products can be repaired. If there are any other problems, we will make SURE that everything will be negotiated to both parties' content!

If you are returning products for exchange/refund:

No returns will be accepted without A prior e-mail stating the specific problem.

· All products must be post-marked no later than 30 days after you have received your product.

For refunds - there is a $10 re-stocking fee to cover all the expenses

Upon receiving your watch you have 30 days to inspect your timepiece. During this inspection period you may return your item for a full refund. This inspection period also allows you to exchange or upgrade for a different model.If you plan to send the watch back for a refund please remember the following:
  • All links must be returned to us with the watch.
  • The watch must  have no blemishes.
  • Free items and papers that came with the watch must be included.
  • Please call us with any return or exchange questions you might. Customer service and satisfaction is our highest goal.
  • Refunds are mailed via company check.
  • Refunds/Exchanges take 1-2 weeks to process.
  • All watches are covered our 1 year service plan. If problems with your watch arise than we will fix or replace your troubled timepiece.
Things to remember: Please include a note stating what is wrong with the watch, whether it is a refund, exchange, or repair under the warranty. Also, please state your name & address along with your e-mail address, order number, and approximate purchase date.
